New Meirionnydd flag presented to Dolgellau mayor
On hearing of the registration of Meirionnydd’s new flag, Mayor Delwyn Evans (left) was understandably keen to get his hands on one – and here he is posing proudly with it with Councillor Ray Stubbs.
